What Causes Some Bleeding Followed By Diarrhea After Taking Arthrotec?

I was revealed I am 8 weeks pregnant. I took arthotec 4 times and 4 tablets with 3 hours gap. I had bleeding that filled my one sanitary pad and then I urinated and felt like someting coming out. Now I have diarrhea and less bleeding very less what it indicates?
