What Causes Something Sticking Feeling In Throat?

Hello sir my name is Mainak Ghosh. I am from agartala. for few days i am felling that something is sticking in my throat. i used to smoke ,but very less and hardly few months have passed that I have stared smoking. I fell that something is there in my throat.I am felling hoarseness but no pain is there.No other symptoms are there. when ever I breath from my mouth then also I am felling that something in just sliding from the top part of that spot. What can be the problem?? what what are the ramady
