What Causes Somniloquy, Depression And Loss Of Memory?

I had injury 4 years ago on back of my head, I do not have any problems for two years but now I have some type of pain ,talking while sleep,depression& memory loss.I did not do any type of scan after injury ,is it happening due to that or just a thought?
