What Causes Sore Abdomen Post Laparoscopic Vaginal Hysterectomy?

I had a laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy done on Wednesday and I was taking Ketorokac 10mg every six hours. I finished that so I'd like to know if I csn take ibuprofen now. Not really in any pain, just sore and not big on the whole Oxy thing. It hurts my stomach pretty bad and I'm sore enough. Don't want to get sick from taking that.
