What Causes Sore And Irritated Spots In Between The Buttocks?

Hello! I have these small hotspots between my buttocks..They get really sore & irritated when I wipe myself with tissue. I currently have hiv/aids & In am seeking an over the counter medication that will help my symptoms. My Dr. was giving me Acyclovir to keep in under wraps ...Any suggestions?
