What Causes Sore And Swollen Spot On Scrotum And Leg?

Hi I m living in Thailand and I ve been bitten by mosquito s quite a lot so I know what the bites look like....but lately I ve had 4 large spot appear on my left leg filled with puss and are very sore and red and now swollen. Also I noticed one appear on my scrotum yeaterday? Now its starting to worry me
