What Causes Sore And Tingling On Nipples?

i got off the pill last month. Been having un protected sex with my husband. My nipples have been sore and tingly,i have really bad low back pain, watery discharge and been a little gasy. My period should come in the next couple days, but i dont know since i just got off the pill. Are these pregnancy symptoms? Could i be pregnant?
