What Causes Sore Back, Frequent Urination And Excessive Thirst?

Hi, I drink a lot and pee within 30 minutes each time. I also wake in the night several times to pee and drink again (I usually drink 3 glasses of water before bed). If I don t drink enough one day, I get a headache the next?? Lastly, I get a sore back (mid) at night and feel tired during day?? Have been test for diabeties and all ok.... Hope you can help. Thanks
