What Causes Sore Breast And Early Periods?

i started my period really early..its not supposed to come until the first or 2nd week in july...and my breasts have been sore dont know if its from my peroid or what and my blood is dark red alot darker than normal...and it came pretty heavy....so is it just stress causing early peroid or is it something else?
