What Causes Sore Breast And White Fluid Discharge?

I usually will have sore breast right before my cycle and iit will stop when My cycle actually starts. I did have sore breast and before my cycle but this time it was sore all the way the my cycle and after. Not normal for me. I also squeezed my breast and a clear whittish like fluid come from the bumps on my areola.Whats going on?
