What Causes Sore Breast With Milky Discharge After Taking Contraceptive Pill?

I'm 23, and 2 1/2 weeks ago I had sex and the condom came off and I'm worried I may be pregnant. I took the day after pill later that day but now my skin is breaking out and I have sore breast with milky discharge like when I was pregnant with my son. Is this normal, or could I be pregnant.
