What Causes Sore Breast,heavy Bleeding And Abdominal Pain?

Hey ive been having bad heavy bleeding and its not like period blood but blood and some blood clots along with adbonmail pain and my breast are sore and nausea feeling all the time. I have a iud that i have had for about 1 year now in june. Also this is the first time i have bleed this bad since ive had my iud. Can you help me ?
