What Causes Sore Breasts After Taking Plan B?

I have a problem i took plan B after having unprotected sex but he didnt ejeculate in me i took the plan b pill 1 hour later a week later i begun bleeding it lasted for 4 days and 4 days later i started feeling sore breast and nippels and i have to go urinate constantly and been itching in my vagina. so i was wondering is this still the effect of the pill or do im pregnant?
