What Causes Sore Breasts Along With Lower Back Pain Post Unprotected Sex?

I have been having lots of unprotected sex with my boyfriend and I think I may be pregnant my period has always been weird and I once didn't get it for5 months but now I have missed it and am feeling very sick lately and really sore boobs and lower back pain what should I do ? I am only 18 so this worries me
