What Causes Sore Breasts Along With Nausea And Metallic Taste In Mouth?

I have taken a round of femara 2.5 mg from day 2-6 of my menstrual cycle ( when I was bleeding) I have have signs of pregnancy already such as bloated fatigued sore breast feeling hot little bit more asthma not nipples heartburn metal taste in my mouth which is gone now had slight nausea emotional just don t feel my happy self I have already taken a blood beta test come back neg also 5 hpt neg. Monthlies were the start of the month approx day 15 I ovulated. I m 37 years of age and healthy life style is it just too early to tell or am I hitting menopause slowly??
