What Causes Sore Breasts And PMS While On Mirena Coil?

Hi

I've had a mirena coil for 7 months now. All has been fine with it until recently I have experienced incredibly painful and swollen breasts and have pmt symptoms. I haven't had a period for over 3 months but feel constantly like I'm just about to get one?
