What Causes Sore Breasts And Back Ache Without Missing A Period?

I have several symptoms. I have not missed period, but have very sore breasts and back ache. I also have pains in my abdomen and feel very bloated. I have done a negative tests, as my periods have been irregular lately, I am not sure if I did these too early. Could I be pregnant?
