What Causes Sore Breasts And Chest Along With Severe Stomach Gas?

I have gas terribly. My breast are sore at the chest. Their a lot heavier than two weeks ago. And my nipples are enlarged. I get the depo shot. Never missed one. But never had periods,just spotting. But I just had a eight day period. Could I be pregnant?
