What Causes Sore Breasts And Delayed Periods?

I took plan b twice in a week and a half. It's been three weeks since the last dose was taken. My breasts are very sore and have been for three weeks, my period is three days late. I took a pregnancy test and it came up negative. I am not on birth control. Could the hormones from the plan b mess up my system?
