What Causes Sore Breasts And Low Haemoglobin Having A History Of PCO's?

Hi, I was recently sized for new bras. Here lately my breast are so sore! Today I tried to donate blood. My blood pressure was 138/97 and my iron was low. I also had a mild temp of 100.2. I feel fine. I took a pregnancy test a week ago. It came back negative. I also have pcos. Any ideas?
