What Causes Sore Breasts And Swollen Stomach While Using Implant?

I got the implant just over 7 months ago, around a month ago my breast started to get larger and they were very sore, my lower tummy is very tender and looks a bit swollen. and where my implant is in my arm is just a little bit sore, what do you think this could be?
