What Causes Sore Breasts, Back Pain And Bleeding?

Hello, i am trying to find out if i may be pregnant or not. I did IUI on the 3rd of April and have been fatigue, sore breasts, back pain etc. Though i was due to go in for a blood test today i ended up bleeding about and hour before the appointment.
what does this mean
