What Causes Sore Breasts, Severe Headache And Brown Vaginal Discharge?

My breasts have been hurting, I ve been having severe headaches, there has been brown discharge in my underwear and cramping pains in my lower abdomen. What is wrong with me? I went to the doctors yesterday and she did lots of test and said nothing was wrong, but could she have missed something? What do these symptoms mean?
