What Causes Sore Breasts With Milky Discharge?

i am 21 and have been suffering from sore breasts and a milky discharge when my breasts are squeezed. I have had a period. I am sexually active and did take the pill before. Is there anything to worry about? i have been to my doctors and she has booked me back in for a further check up?? confused?
