What Causes Sore Breasts With White Discharge From Nipples?

Hi, my boobs are really sore. Not like this normally, my nipples too, i have been having cloudy gel like stuff coming out of them. They feels swollen, my nipples feel like when you burn your skin on somthing hot. Would apreciate any insight. I did have unprotected sex this cycle and i had pink spotting after ovulation. Hope you can help
