What Causes Sore Eyes Along With Headaches And Hot Flashes?

I don t normally have HBP. But I felt funny today, headachy, my eyes hurt, and my face was flushed. checked my bp and it was 149/97. I have had sinus infection and been taking Mucinex D and Nyquil for 4 days. Could the sinus medicine have caused the rise in blood pressure?
