What Causes Sore Joints And Muscles?

The muscles around the joints can become strained and sore. The muscles on the left side my body sore, my leg sore, hard walking, I use Tylenol 3 no help, tried Voltaren last
Night not much better? Could you tell me please what medication / cream to use to relief of pain ?
