What Causes Sore Lump In Between Vagina And Anal Region?

I have been to the doctors today as have a lump between bum and vagina it flares up every now and again and gets sore! I Do sweat alot down below what could this be had 2 courses of anti biotics got better for a while then came bk on 3rd course again :(
