What Causes Sore Lump Inside Vagina After Recovering From Yeast Infection?

Hello, i just had a yeast infection a week ago and now i just started noticing some symptoms again, so i called in urgent care and the doctor that had seen me has now sent two pills to the pharmacy again. But i just noticed a sore lump inside my vagina on the right side near where the infection is happening? What could it be, is it serious?
