What Causes Sore Lump On The Vaginal Lips Along With Severe Itching?

okay so the other day I noticed there was a particular spot on the outter labia lips that itched so I just felt it and found a purple, cyst kind of thing and I just squeezed it a little and it popped and a bunch of blood came out and it was painful to touch. any diagnosis of what this is? and should I see a doctor? it seems to have kinda dried up and stopped hurting but im still concerned.
