What Causes Sore Neck And Breasts Along With Twitching In Muscles?

I have a lot of symptoms. Been to the doctor a couple of days ago. She just send me home saying it s stress. I have a lump in my lower neck, I nearly fainted a few times yesterday. I woke up with a sore neck this morning. My breasts hurt so bad. It s thumbing even if I just lying still on the couch. I have a lot of twitching in my muscles. All my glands hurts. Feels like spasms, groin, underarms, neck. I had like a migraine last night. Had to turn the lights off.
