What Causes Sore Neck,headache And Shoulder Pain On Right Side?

Hi, I m a 54y.o. otherwise healthy male, I have been experiencing a swollen supraclavicular lymph node, sore neck, headache and severe shoulder pain (similar to a dislocation), all on the right side, for the past 10 days. I saw a doctor last week, who ordered blood tests and chest x-rays which were both negative. I was told to take Advil twice daily, however it does not seem to help. Any advice on proceeding from here would be appreciated. Thank You
