What Causes Sore Nipples And Frequent Urination After Periods?

I have already had my menstrual this month and never before have my nipples been sore before or after my cycle and for the last few days my nipples have been sore and there has also been frequent urination. I have taken 2 pregnancy test and both were negative, what else could it be?
