What Causes Sore Nipples And Stomach Pain With Negative Pregnancy Test?

I have sore nipples and my partner also believes they are a little swollen. I also have pain in my lower stomach on both the left and right side around the front though not around my back. I have been sleepy for the past 3 to 4 days. I had a blood pregnancy test over a week ago that had come back negative (meanwhile continuing to have unprotected sex from when the bloods were taken). I have not had my period since late November (my regular cycle) I also have previously suffered from high prolactinoma do to an enlarged pituitary gland (all test have been completed for this) and I also had my prolactin levels checked with the pregnancy blood test and they are now normal. What is wrong with me?
