What Causes Sore Nipples, Cramping, Acne And Irritation After Intercourse?

Hello. I am a week late on my period, but I have very irregular periods. I have been through a lot of stress the last few months with caregiving for my father who recently passed. My husband and I are trying to conceive. I have a few pregnancy symptoms, such as: sore nipples, slight cramping, acne breakouts, irritability, etc. I don't want to take an hot in fear that it will be negative and I will be upset. I did an ovulation test as I hear if you are preg it may also be positive, but mine was negative. Any suggestions?
