What Causes Sore Nipples, Sickness And Strong Sense Of Smell?

Hi I m 21, have a long term boyfriend. On the pill but have missed a few due to being not well. The last period I had was very different (light and short) usually opposite. I was feeling sick for like 8 days after period but suddenly went for few weeks. Past week ive had a strong sense of smell and had really inflamed nipples sore and tender. But my glands around nipple isn t white but lumpy, what s chances im pregnant as I am due on today soon will see !
