What Causes Sore Nipples While On Loestrin Fe?

I've been on lo loestrin fe for three months now.I haven't gotten a period since I started taking it. For about two weeks my breasts have been sore as normal when I get my period.. my nipples are so sore I can't even move without hurting them.. not a normal period symptom of mine. Also boobs usually only hurt about a week before my period. Could this be a new hormonal thing? Or should I be worried?
