What Causes Sore Penis With Red Spots On Head After Unprotected Sex?

I am sixteen year old boy. recently i have been having unprotected sex with my girlfriend and my penis has become sore. i sort of have faint red spots on the head and white puss under the foreskin. the foreskin has become tight and it is often itchy. what can this be? and how can this be sorted?
