What Causes Sore Pimples Around The Nose?

I am 23yrs old and i have pimples on and around my nose which is paining and sometimes irritating causing guilty concsious.i am very bothered about it. i took ayurvedic medicine for about 8months and there was improvement in it.after dat i stopped intake of medicine,quite for some months time everything went fine and now again im getting pimples.please help me regarding this.
