What Causes Sore, Red Bumps On Neck?

Hi, I'm a 28 female..
I started getting four red bumps on my neck just under my jaw line about 1 month ago it appears one has turned in to a mole and the other three look like they might two... Sooo fast ? And their very sore and pertrude? What's up?
