What Causes Sore Spot On Back?

Hi, I have a sore spot on my back. Feels like an ingrown pimple or hair but we can t see anything. It really hurts. Do you know that this could be. It has been there for about a month or so. I thought it was from my bra but it even hurts when I don t wear a bra.
