What Causes Sore Throat After Having Safe Oral Sex?

I am 20 year old female and I have been having safe sex for the past 2 and a half months. This past week I noticed I had a slight sore throat after oral sex with a condom. I have also noticed a burning sensation below the next day after sex with a condom. It has been five days that I ve felt this burning but it has lessened greatly. This morning my sore throat got worse and still is. I highly doubt it s STDs or STIs, because my boyfriend is a huge safety freak. He won t do anything without a condom or precautions and I m the same way. He always pulls out then finishes away from me, he always checks the condom multiple times during sex, and he also always checks the condom afterwards. We also clean up afterwords then get dressed. Since this is my first time having sex I decided to get birth control pills for the first time but I don t get them until next week. We ve been using the same Trojan brand of condoms. To me my symptoms seem more allergy like. Do I have an mild allergy to latex, spermicide, or the lubricant on condoms?
