What Causes Sore Throat Along With Haemoptysis?

Hello I have HD a cold since last wednesday. It started with a sore throat and then on Friday I lost my voice.when I coughing it s either dry or hardened blood coming off my vocal cords. I cough sometimes to clear my throat because breathing in there feels like an obstruction in my throat. I don t have yellow or green phlegm from my sinuses or chest. I have been taking homeopathic stuff and took a few days off work. I went to the Dr yesterday and he gave me a nasal spray but not when I breath in threw my nose it makes my throat feel sore and dry. He also gave me amoxicilin but im weary to take it. Any idea as to what s going on? And if I should take the amoxicillin? I just don t feel like it s sinusitis. I already have a weak immune system so have had sinusitis and bronchitis many times and this isn t what it feels like.
