What Causes Sore Throat Along With Headaches And Ear Pain?

Ive all of a sudden felt a sore throat that then turned into feeling extremely faint, a headache, uneasy chest, ear pain, and sore eyes. I thought I was getting a cold and possibly lack of sleep and food so I ate something then laid down. But, now my heart is racing. I m concerned because I felt great through the whole day till now what could this mean?
