What Causes Sore Throat Along With Headaches?

Hi this morning I rescued a very sick hedgehog, it had maggots on his head and he had a lot of snot coming from his nose - as i put him on the ground i got pricked by his quills. My finger is very sensitive - its been about 4 hours i now have a sore throat and headache. Do i need a tetanus shot or something ??? I am flying out in 3 days (28 hr flight) please advise.
