What Causes Sore Throat Along With Pain While Swallowing?

Hi I have had a really chesty cold for a week and a burning sore throat, I have lost my voice for the last 3 days and it s really painful to swallow. I am coughing but it s dry and painful Should I see my doctor? I am really healthy, I run a lot and don t smoke Sara x
