What Causes Sore Throat Along With Swelling In Jaw Line?

I have had a sore throat and hoarsy voice for about 3 weeks my left side neck and jaw line have swelled right up I have left sided ear acheand iam finding it very painful to drink and eat and my gums have been bleeding when brushing for over a month is this something I should be concerned about
