What Causes Sore Throat And Chills Along With Fatigue?

Hello. I am a 22 y/o Female and on saturday I began to feel a sore throat, body chills came along shortly after that night. The next day (sunday) still a sore throat but I felt much better. Later that night is when it hit the worse. Body aches, chills, fatigued and very sore throat to the point I could not eat or drink. No fever. The next morning it went away but then came back the that night. Today was the same thing but now I have developed a few red bumps on my tongue, a little painful but more irritating. Still no fever but very sore throat. Don not have insurance to go to the doctor , maybe you could help in the meantime? Thank you.
