What Causes Sore Throat And Cold Symptoms After Inserting Mirena Coil?

I had a mirena coil fitted five days ago and have today got cold symptoms-a slight sore throat and feel under the weather. No other symptoms or pain and no bleeding. Is this anything to be concerned about or just a regular cold? Thanks I am 39 one metre 75 cms tall and around 59 kilos. Very healthy- personal trainer by profession with two children aged 6 and 10.
