What Causes Sore Throat And Difficulty In Swallowing?

Hi, I am having sore throat and in morning am struggling even to swallow my saliva. After having a glass of hot water its kinda OK but sore throat continues. I can feel some kind of tissue blocking in my throat in the mornings and causing this trouble. And when I sneeze my throat s paining like hell. Am so worried what happened to me. This is my condition for past 5 days and pls help me out doctor
